Archive of Diploma Theses (APD/ADT*)
Military University of Technology


This Archive of Diploma Theses is a catalog of diploma theses, enabling their publication and providing service for their submission and defense.

This process involves:

  • filling in thesis details and the upload of files by the student,
  • sending thesis to the anti-plagiarism system,
  • approving the thesis and the system’s similarity report analysis by the supervisor,
  • entering reviews by reviewers.

Theses collected in the Archive are automatically transferred to the National Repository of Diploma Theses in compliance with legal requirements.

To log in to the APD/ADT* system, please use the same login credentials as for USOSweb system.

Attention all students!

Notice to students defending their theses in 2025/26Z (winter) semester. Details are available after logging in to APD/ADT* system in the INFORMATION/INSTRUCTIONS tab.

Students taking their theses defense in 2025/26Z (winter) semestersemester are required to download, print, and to sign all the statements, as well as to scan and attach the following appendices to their thesis for APD/ADT*:

  • Statement on making the thesis available,
  • Statement on the scope of use of AI tools.

In case of inability to input thesis details into the APD/ADT* system (abstract, keywords, language of the thesis), please contact your dean's office beforehand.


Requirements regarding the thesis:

  • The thesis file must be in “PDF” format
  • Diploma thesis file name must have the following format: 3-letter abbreviation of the university, hyphen, student ID number, hyphen, date of submission (in PDF in a day-month-year format, e.g. 01.05.2024)

Examples:

  • WAT-12345-01.05.2024.pdf - thesis at the Military University of Technology

*APD – Polish abbreviation / ADT – English abbreviation
